To get a loan from the UPaisa app, you need to apply for their UCash microloan service through the app. “Tayyab tip” is not a recognized feature or method for getting a loan on UPaisa; it may be an informal term or a misunderstanding.
Here is the general process for applying for a UCash loan through the UPaisa app:
Eligibility
Your eligibility for a UCash loan depends on how often you use UPaisa and your credit history.
- You must be a regular UPaisa user.
- You need a good eCIB score (credit bureau score) to qualify.
- Performing financial activities like buying bundles, paying bills, transferring money, and using the UPaisa Debit Card can increase your loan limit over time.Â
How to apply for a loan
- Open the app:Â Launch the UPaisa app on your Android smartphone. The UCash loan feature is currently only available on the Android app.
- Check for the UCash option:Â Look for the UCash or “Loans” option on the home screen or in the main menu.
- Apply for the loan:Â Follow the on-screen instructions to check your eligibility and apply for a loan.
- Confirm the loan:Â If you are eligible, you can select the loan amount (ranging from PKR 1,000 to PKR 30,000) and confirm the loan terms. The funds are disbursed within minutes.Â
Repaying your UCash loan
The repayment period for a UCash loan is four weeks (28 days).
- Manual repayment:Â You can repay the loan in full or in part at any time before the due date through the UPaisa app.
- Automatic deduction:Â If you do not repay manually, UCash will automatically deduct the amount from your UPaisa mobile account on the due date.
- Rollover:Â If the full amount is not recovered, the loan is automatically rolled over for another four weeks with additional weekly fees.
- Lien status:Â Failure to repay can result in your account being marked as “lien,” which prevents you from making debit transactions until the loan is settled.Â
