Steps to Delete XM Account
there are some simple ways that you can use to delete your xm accont
- Withdraw remaining funds
- First, make sure your account balance is zero.
- Withdraw money via the same method you deposited (bank, Skrill, Neteller, etc.).
- Close open positions
- Ensure you have no active trades or pending orders.
- Contact XM Support
- Go to the XM Members Area (login with your account).
- Or directly contact support via:
- Live Chat (24/5 available on their site)
- Email: mobileapps@xm.com
- Request account closure
- Clearly state: “I would like to permanently close and delete my XM trading account [your MT4/MT5 ID]. Please confirm once it is done.”
- Confirmation
- XM will process your request and send you an email once your account is deleted.
Note: You can’t delete the account yourself from the dashboard — only XM Support can fully close it.
